Senior Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant is a professional administrative powerhouse. This role paves the way for the CEO/Founder to focus on growing the company by assisting with personal and business-related tasks while using forward thinking skills to create a seamless flow.
**This position is a hybrid role based in Mahwah, NJ 2-3 days remote and 2-3 days onsite at CEO/Founder home office **

- Support the CEO by assisting with Finance, Sales Legal and HR varied tasks.
- Manage QuickBooks business account and personal finance accounts.
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis.
- Manage resource forecasting.
- Update and maintain Salesforce CRM
- Event planning coordination and execution for business, non-profit organization and personal needs.
- Manage general administrative support, inbox management, schedule appointments, maintain calendar accordingly.
- Keep projects organized and in front of CEO so he has what he needs when he needs it
- Handle routine correspondence.
- Manage complex and constantly changing travel arrangements.
- Maintain a running list of all current and future deliverables so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills are a MUST.

- 5+ years’ experience in administration.
- 2+ years’ experience in a role supporting an executive or high-level professional.
- Strong organizational skills and being able to prioritize continuously.
- Technically savvy and excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and Google suite and Salesforce CRM
- 3 years’ of finance/accounting and business operations experience
- Advanced QuickBooks and MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
